2 Forward Collision Avoidance problem

Failure Date: 09/01/2023

The contact owns a 2022 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds under 40 mph, the brake independently activated. The contact stated that the brake now message was displayed on the instrument cluster. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the dust or dirt on the milliliter wave radar needed to be cleaned. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
