The contact owns a 2023 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while his wife was driving 40 mph, the steering wheel was pulling to the right and to the left independently. The contact's wife was able to continue driving. The message "contact dealership. Driver assist trying to engage by itself" was displayed. The contact stated that the failure recurred while driving. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact it was a known failure; however, the parts were not available to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
