Gas Recirculation Valve (egr Valve) problems of the 2024 Honda CR-V

I have a 2024 crv hybrid sport l. I recently had a warranty claim, that was attributed to an issue with the throttle body. The engine reduced power and would not go over 25mph. And emissions fault was announced, which forced the turning off of all safety features of the car. I was able to drive to the dealership during non-traffic hours. I don’t know if this could mid-drive , but mine fortunately happened when I turned the car on. I got the dealership to replace the throttle body and take pictures of the problem before and after. It appears that the egr dumps downstream of the throttle body causing the butterfly valve “pin” to corrode and that tripped an emissions fault in my car and reduced the power and limited the engine to 25mph. The car only has 15k miles on it. The replacement throttle body has no redesign. It’s identical per the dealership and Honda. And no one is able to tell me if it’s going to happen again. I used the same exact gas as every other car I drive, and I have driven in the same city environment for 10 years now. So it’s clearly a design or quality issue. Honda would not give me more information. So I was forced to take this route.
