Lane Keep Automatic Steering problems of the 2025 Honda CR-V

The contact owns a 2025 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel became difficult to steer and multiple safety features, including the lane assist, were disabled. Additionally, the automatic settings for the disabled safety features became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the steering gearbox was replaced, and the steering failure was corrected; however, the advanced safety features remained disabled and nonfunctional.
