Honda CR-V owners have reported 2 problems related to front seat belt anchorage (under the seat belt category). The most recently reported issues are listed below. Also please check out the statistics and reliability analysis of Honda CR-V based on all problems reported for the CR-V.
The seat belt is designed in such a way as it can wrap around the seat back tilt adjustment, causing the drivers seat back to fly back. This happened to me while leaving a toll booth on the indiana tollway. It appears to be happening more often as the vehicle ages and the restraint system became worn.

My rather large mother-in-law fits in the front passenger seat fine, but the seat belts are too short to go around her. Honda does not provide seat belt extenders as do other manufacturers. I can not find 3rd party extenders either.
