The seat belt locked in an open position upon impact, causing my father injury to his chest as he was impacted upon the steering wheel. I asked that a representative from american Honda corporation take a look at the vehicle while it was located at three (3) different locations. They ignored my request. The complaint number that I was assigned by american Honda corporation is #n012007-07-2300426. As far as I am concerned, this has not been resolved.
