The contact owns a 2010 Honda Crosstour. The contact stated the hatch back glass was very small which made it difficult to see objects in the rear and on the side of the vehicle. The contact was afraid the failure could potentially cause a crash. The dealer was contacted and stated they were aware of the defect but there was nothing they could do.
