When the vehicle was taken to a repair shop to have the tires replaced, the mechanic stated that they could not replace or balance the rear tires because the rear axle was bent to the left. The manufacturer had not responded after the contact sent three letters. The dealer had not been contacted. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 41,100.
