Honda HR-V owners have reported 1 problem related to o2 sensor (under the electrical system category). The most recently reported issues are listed below. Also please check out the statistics and reliability analysis of Honda HR-V based on all problems reported for the HR-V.
Since the purchase of the vehicle, three indicator lights have gone on and off approximately 20 times and the vehicle is in the dealer's service department now for the third time to try and remedy the issue. The indicator lights are: the yellow check engine light, the yellow electronic parking brake symbol ((p)) and a red flashing "park" light. On the second visit, the oxygen sensor was replaced. It has been replaced again during this, the third visit, a month later and is still in the shop to ensure the lights do not go on in my possession. I am not confident the oxygen sensor is the root of the issue and the dealer has yet to fully resolve the issue.
