Emission Control Problems of Honda Insight

The recall campain department authorized a recall related authorizationissuiung case no. 03899465 where the dealership rock Honda 909-770-8400 replacing the control unit part no( ik100phm-a03) paid by me. Same issue reaccuring another case no issued 04440081 dealer stating parts needed are 37820phm408 ecm module and 1 d010phma01rm battery. The Honda now are saying that they are only liable for the softwear update only even though the recall specifys the and usese the verbatim of the ecm unit thereby ther manfacture is not in acceptance of the fact that the recall which rel;ates to the ecm timer relares directley to emission control module whi h is a safty warning and malfuntions of the timers being c aused n the softwear update is not sufficient and module replqacment ius required per dealer conclusion to effectivley use of the updated softwear in compliance with the modules n timers specificaly this being a motorcycle 3 cylinder car, the amewrican Honda states that they are only liable for the softwear update n nothing else even if it is the ecm and the timers that are defected or not effected by the updated softwear where the parts were not updated n the softwear writen n not in compliance of the safty warning emsion guidlines needs to be reviewed and investigated by the federal; trade copmmision as to exact recall and recall concern lated specificaly within safty warning concern of the emmision of the car.
