Three problems related to brake foundation components have been reported for the 1999 Honda Odyssey. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving and applying brakes vehicle will continue to accelerate, causing damage to bumper. Dealer has been notified.
Brakes failed. Pedal went to floor 3 times. Emergency brake stopped the van. Rumbling/vibration sound proceeded the failure by a few minutes. Cause of the failure remains unexplained. Dealer service found no physical problem or computer event to document the incident.
Consumer stated vehicle has had multiple brake disc and rotor replacements.
