I followed instructions by calling liberty Honda in hartford, CT on November 10th and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on November 27th and was told the same thing. The notice said I could file a complaint if they did not respond in a reasonable amount of time/60 days. I simply want to schedule the repair.

Honda let us drive the vehicle and put our lives at risk for nearly two months. Takata recall in January, 2014, I left the road to avoid another car, hit a deer-crossing sign which then deployed the drivers airbag. The airbag blasted out to the right of the steering wheel thus hitting my right arm. My right arm was broken and required surgery to repair. 2 titanium plates and 15 screws. Black cloud of what must have been a propellant was pumped into my face and upper body. The skin on my right hand peeled 4 times.

Took it the dealership and he is charging me a diagnostic fee, when he knows what the issue is, and then he says that there will be a fee to fix it but he cannot give me an estimate before charging me a diagnosis fee.
