I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey touring. For the last couple months, my passenger side air bag doesn't work when I start my car (pic's attached). Because of this I started researching the problem. I then found all the major air bag problems. I put in my VIN, but the msg I get is that it doesn't affect my car, because I'm registered in CA. However it does say one of the causes is excessive heat. I live in san bernardino county & the heat for the past mo. Has been 100 degrees or above, & when the car is closed up I'm sure the minimum inside is above 125 degrees & when the problem started. When you are replacing millions of air bags, I believe you should definitely include ones that are experiencing current problems. Thank you.
