The contact owns a 2009 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that the brakes were wearing at a very low mileage. A grinding noise could be heard when the brakes were applied at any speed, so the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer. The dealer was unable to diagnose the failure. Approximately two years later, all of the brakes and rotors were replaced. The failure mileage was 26,000.
