My Honda Odyssey has 11,000 miles on it. The vehicle was making a loud noise while backing out of the driveway one day. I noticed that the back right rotor was broke into two pieces. The dealer has refused responsibility for the repairs stating that something must have caused the rotor to fail, and they could not determine why it failed. The broken rotor also caused damage to the wheel which I must pay for because they will not fix the van under the warranty.
