Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2015 Honda Odyssey

The contact owned a 2015 Honda Odyssey. While driving 40 mph, a deer appeared in the roadway. To avoid hitting the deer, the contact swerved to the right, drove off the roadway, and crashed. The air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning indicators illuminated prior to the crash. A police report was filed. The contact sustained head injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot where it was deemed a total loss. The vehicle was not inspected by a dealer or independent mechanic to determine the cause of the air bag failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 35,400.
