Tl- the contact owns a 2018 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that within months of owning the vehicle, there was an abnormal noise coming from the brake system. The dealer atlantic Honda (1375 sunrise hwy, bay shore, NY 11706, (631) 665-0005) test drove the vehicle, heard the abnormal noise, serviced the brake system but had not been able to replicate and diagnose the failure to provide a permanent remedy which was unacceptable to the contact. The manufacturer was contacted, opened a case but had not yet responded to several calls the contact had made wanting a repair remedy for the brake system. The manufacturer had issued 5 TSB for the brake system but had not yet issued a brake system recall . The contact was uncertain if the manufacturer had a solution to repair the vehicle.
