The contact owns a 2018 Honda Odyssey. While driving at an undisclosed speed, there was a loud sound coming from the vehicle with unknown warning lights flashing on the instrument panel. The vehicle was drivable during the failure. On another occasion, the brake warning light flashed on the instrument panel, and the brakes slightly depressed independently, and the driver then fully depressed the brake pedal. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed with a monocular camera failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
