One problem related to door latch has been reported for the 1996 Honda Passport. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Honda Passport 1995. 5, driver door won't open from inside or outside, dealer took 4 days to be able to open it and charge me $313. 00 for something I didn't break. They replaced the latch and it's working now. The dealer mentioned that there is same problem on Honda accord, so I think there should've been some type of recall.
