Two problems related to door latch have been reported for the 1997 Honda Passport. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Owner claims that the defroster unit doesn't work. Also, gas guage did not read accurately amount of gas in the tank/replaced driver's side front door latch assembly.
Driver's side door cannot be opened with the key or power locks when temperature is near or below freezing.
