Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 1998 Honda Passport

I was driving my 1998 Honda Passport at a speed of 35 mph on a clear day, on a straight level road. The weather conditions were clear and the road conditions were good. The vehicle was in good shape with no prior accidents. At one point a vehicle cut in front of me and I ran into the side of the vehicle. The Honda was a total loss. The airbags failed to deploy! I sustained severe injuries to my neck. If the airbags had deployed I would not have sustained neck injuries. Nothing was done to correct the airbag deficiencies and there is no maintenance schedule to determine if indeed there was a deficiency in the airbag system.

While driving at 50 mph vehicle collided with a deer. Consumer was wearing seat belts, but the air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries, and no police arrived on the scene.

Consumer was driving at approximately 45 mph ,hit a vehicle head-on and dual airbags did not deploy, causing serious back injuries.
