Two problems related to side/window air bag have been reported for the 1999 Honda Passport. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact owns a 1999 Honda Passport. While driving approximately 55 mph in the snow, the contact lost control of the vehicle. The rear end slid to the left and the vehicle struck the culvert, went into the air, and landed in the ditch front first. The driver sustained injuries. The passenger side air bag deployed and the driver side air bag began to open, but never fully deployed. The current and failure mileages were 140,247.
Consumer's vehicle was rearended by another vehicle going about 30 mph, and passenger side/driver's side airbags did not deploy. The impact of accident caused driver's side seat to break.
