1 Front Suspension problem

Failure Date: 09/16/2000

This vehicle is out of alignment it had the tires rotated after 5 days and they are again cupped. They tried to fix the alignment but I was told that they could not fix it without a chamfer shim kit whcih is not acceptable to me. This means there is front end damage per the mechanics I spoke with. The hood had spots which were to be buffed out but the dealer could not buff them out and painted it instead without my approval. I now do not have a factory paint job. The 2 mirrors had spots which meant that the mirrors neaded to be replaced. Also the door strips and the interior door pieces had to also be replaced. The last straw was the truck leasks at the back when it was washed by me. I have no faith in the vehicle or the dealer to resolve these problems.

2 Front Suspension problem

When coming to a stop front feels like it is skipping across the road, and also pullling to one side. Dealer has been contacted.
