I contacted my local Honda dealership on may 20, 2024 and was told that there are no parts available to address and correct this recall (NHTSA recall number: 23v-858), and that american Honda motor CO. , inc. Has stated that there would be no parts available "until late this year. " this is a safety issue that, should failure occur during vehicle operation and/or in motion, would render the vehicle instantly inoperative. American Honda motor CO. , inc. Should immediately expedite the manufacture, shipment, and replacement of these potentially defective fuel pump modules to address this risk to vehicle operators.
