The contact owns a 2011 Honda Ridgeline. The contact stated that whenever it rained they noticed rain on the dashboard. The contact noticed that in winter months the dashboard would have frost on it the same as the outside. The vehicle seemed as though a leak was coming from the windshield. The contact took the vehicle to a body shop who was not able to locate any fracture in the windshield. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. Three broken windshields in 3 years. Crack always starts in lower left corner. Happens once a year. Honda will not replace so I pay 600 - 800 every year. Drive for about 9 months - breaks again. Wait a few months - replace windshield. Breaks again . . . .
