1 Adaptive Equipment problem

Failure Date: 01/08/2015

I was coming off of interstate 95 onto my exit and I applied my brake to slow my car but my brake appraently gave out and was not working . It make a loud sound like it was trying to hold but it didnt and in order to stop my car from hitting any others or people standing at the side of the road I tried steering it toward the closest curb so that I could prevent as musch as possible within my power. My airbags didn't deploy but the car hit hard enough that my face slammed into the steering wheel, I sustained a concusion and damaged my face and glasses. I have muscle strains in my back, neck and still a swollen eye and cheek bone.

2 Adaptive Equipment problem

Failure Date: 04/08/2013

This is concerning the same vehicle as in my previous complaint: 10507443. While driving into work on 4/8/13, I put the front and rear defoggers on. Later when I went to switch them off, they wouldn't. I thought maybe there was a timer. I waited five minutes and then was able to switch off the rear defogger. I still was unable to switch off the front. I pushed all the bottons to switch the air position and even turned the entire a/c-heating system off -the defogger stuck "on" and would not shut off until I shut everything down. I have reported both this and the previous incident to the dealer I bought the car from, and am hoping to schedule maintenance within the week.
