The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Entourage. The contact stated while driving 40 mph, there was an abnormal sound coming from the engine compartment. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact pulled over and upon investigation noticed that the front driver's and passenger's side wheels were pointing in the opposite directions. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed with needing driver's and passenger's side control arms to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
