Takata recall" 4. The airbag light will not go off. Atlanta police stated I not drive the car and to report it. My family lives could be in danger. No mechanic wanted to touch it. I would very much like to this these items repaired, especially the airbag signal/light. I don't know if it will go off or not but I need this done before anything else. I will upload the picture via email. System issues. I purchased a used 2009 Genesis sedan in September of 2015. We have noticed that several unusual issues have surfaced since the purchase. I was never notified of any of the recalls or potential issues below. 1. The console for the seater heaters are melted or got overheated and is damaged. 2. When the brakes need updated they are very dry (per the repairman) recall - 114. 3. Window shield wiper seems to have a defect.

The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. While driving 40 mph, the headlights shut off without warning. The failure caused the instrument panel lights to shut off as well. The air bag sensor indicator is on and it won't go off. The dealership at Hyundai west broad st is telling me that it needs a pods ecu, which cost 3,000. 00 and I told them their is a recall on the Genesis coupe/2010 for the same issue and why isn't this cover by Hyundai for the Genesis sedan? they will not acknowledge this nor will they call Hyundai and ask why isn't this same defect cover for the sedan just like it is for the Genesis coupe? west broad Hyundai dealership in richmond, va. Wants to charged me $3,500. 00 to fix this problem on my car so it will pass state inspection.

Tl- takata recall. The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe. The contact stated that with no warning the air bag light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who indicated that the OCS connector prematurely failed and fractured. The dealer replaced the part and months later the contact received notification for NHTSA campaign number: 16v722000 (air bags) and was to check with the manufacturer to determine if the vehicle may need to be repaired again concern ing the recall repair.
