The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Genesis equipped with continental conti pro contact tires, size: 275/35/r19 (na). The contact observed that both rear tires were deflated. The contact added air to the tires. An independent mechanic diagnosed that the inside tire tread separated from the rear tires. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for a second opinion and the failure was confirmed. The tires were not replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
