The contact received notifications of NHTSA campaign numbers: 25v607000 (seat belts) and 26v034000 (air bags); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The contact stated that while attempting to clean the windshield, the windshield washer fluid system failed to spray as intended to clean the windshield. The dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that parts were not yet available for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
