Sun/moon Roof Assembly problems of the 2022 Hyundai Palisade

The glass fell on him and on the roadway. The driver had a cut on his leg, but medical attention was not provided. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that a stone had hit the sunroof. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, who opened a case, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 43,000.

Upon returning from vacation, we found our moonroof had shattered. The vehicle was sitting in a parking garage at logan airport in boston for 7 days, with no evidence of any cause. The entirety of the glass was shattered and bowed up towards the center as if popping under tension. If the sunshade were open, shards of glass would have fallen upon myself and three children in the car. Sunroof shattered. We were traveling on i70 in eastern colorado. The temperature outside was just below freezing and the temperature inside was set to between 72 and 78. We heard a loud bang and we were showered with broken glass. My wife, two sons and I received minor cuts.
