Wheel problem #1

The tpms does not alert at the required safety standard of 25% or the recommended psi. The recommended psi for the 2023 Palisade is 35. 25% drop would be 26. 25. Even driving on 26psi can be potentially deadly depending on how worn your tires are. I have found my tires at 27-28 psi at least 3 times since purchasing the vehicle with no alert. The dealership tested what psi sets off the tpms warning light to make sure it does trigger a warning, and it was 25 psi. They said they tested a few other Palisades they had on lot currently and all were triggered at 25 psi. This is unacceptable! driving a heavier SUV, they should be required to trigger a warning at 5 psi dip to avoid excessive low-pressure tire wear and dangerous driving conditions. These are family vehicles carrying children.

Wheel problem #2

Car brakes try to lock when going over certain potholes or speed bumps and brakes seem faulty.

Wheel problem #3

Since brand new the tpms has not alerted to low tire pressure. 3 times I have caught the tires at 27. 5psi without a warning light. Between that and a suspension problem that causes the car to pull to the right even after 2 all-wheel alignments, my tires have around 6-8/32 tread left after 11,000 miles and 1. 5 years.

Wheel problem #4

Driving home from the dealer on day of purchase, tire pressure monitoring system failure showed intermittently. Vehicle had 7 miles at purchase and less than 50 miles before first failure warning.
