1 Car Stall problem

Failure Date: 05/31/2008

My 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe stalled in the middle of traffic several times. I took it to the dealership and explained what happened. They called me and said I have a bad crankshaft positioning sensor. I noticed that there was a recall for 2002 Santa Fe for this same problem. But when I told them that , they responded with my VIN # not being attached to a recall. I am very upset about this. I feel this is a huge safety concern, what if something bad happened during traffic when my car stalled. The company should warranty this issue, but they won't.
