2011 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. Consumer writes in regards to problems with vehicle tires. The consumer stated as he was jacking up the vehicle to remove the right tire, the moment the wheel left the ground, the steel in the jack head collapsed causing the jack to part from the vehicle, in which the vehicle fell to the ground. The consumer believed the steel was of poor quality, which could not support the partial weight of the vehicle.
