The contact stated that while driving at approximately 65 mph, the steering wheel became loose and a rattling noise was heard as all the warning lights flickered. I was driving my 2011 Hyundai Sonata se. I was traveling at 45 mph when the car shuttered made a loud "clunking" noise and downshifted into 4th gear. Car would then fail to shift into 5th or 6th gear. Would not accelerate to highway speeds. I had the car towed to the dealer. They could not replicate the problem but did find code dtc po0748. The dealer replaced the transmission at the manufactures direction. The vehicle was one month old and had 2121 miles on it.
