Tl the contact owns a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. When the contact entered the vehicle, the instrument panel stated that the rear driver's side door was open. The contact exited the vehicle, opened the door, and closed the door. After attempting to open the door again, the door remained locked and the entire electrical system shut down. In addition, the traction warning indicator illuminated.
