Tl-the contact owned a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph downhill, a deer suddenly appeared. The contact attempting to avoid the animal turned the vehicle to the right in to a ditch flipping the vehicle over four times. None of the frontal, nor side air bags deployed. The police was present and a report was issued. No ambulances, nor fire department were present. The contact was driven by a family member to the hospital and strain upper and lower back and an ankle contusion were diagnosed, the contact was treated and released. The dealer was not informed of the failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired and it was destroyed as per insurance company and towed to a lot.
