There are multiple recalls on this vehicle, but when I researched on the NHTSA website. It claimed 0 recalls. . . I'm confused!!!!! when I researched on another site it gave me 4 different recalls. And this vehicle is displaying problems that describes at least 2 of these recalls. Brake lights not working. And also slight pull when accelerating. Recall numbers 05v119000 and 09v122000. I was in motion when another driver pulled on side of me and informed me that my brakes lights were not working. And I also believe that I am having problems with my electronic stability control.
Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the vehicle brake lights did not illuminate when the brake pedal was depressed, the vehicle key was jammed in the ignition, and the vehicle shift interlock had trouble shifting. In addition the air bag warning indicator had failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnoised that the failure fell under NHTSA campign number:09v280000 (exterior lighting) however this vehicle's VIN was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 31,000. Kh.
