The contact owns a 2008 Hyundai tuscon. While driving at 15 mph, the electronic stability control (esc) light illuminated on the instrumental panel and the stability control activated. She attempted to deactivate the esc but to no avail. She attempted to depress the brakes but the brake pedal fell into the floorboard and would not engage.
