Service Brakes problem #1

When braking my 2022 Hyundai Tucson to come to a stop, the vehicle continues to accelerate. I have to release the brake and re-apply the brake to fix the acceleration problem. I check the internet on this problem. They internet says it is a software problem. The vehicle shows no code and the dealer says they don't have a problem. The dealer has not check for the problem since there is no code. No warning lamps or messages show up on dash. This happened 4 times in the last few months. Latest date was 4-4-2026.

Service Brakes problem #2

I was driving down the highway going about 60-65mph with cruise control and lka on. I turned my blinker on to switch lanes, checked my blind spot, and moved over to the left. As I was doing so, a semi switched lanes from the left into the right (my new lane) right in front of me. The truck then slowed down a lot, and usually my forward collision warning would say something if my adaptive cruise control isn’t on (or is and I’m just going too fast to slow down) neither of those things happened. No warning. No automatic brakes. No slowing down. I tried to engage the brakes manually but nothing happened. I slammed into a semi at around 60mph because of 3 different system failures. Not only did I hit the semi at 60~mph, apparently my brakes didn’t work at all and I spun out until I hit the concrete barrier on the highway. If my brakes had engaged automatically, I could have slowed down enough to avoid the collision altogether. And if they had engaged manually I could have at least minimized the damage to my vehicle (and myself) because I wouldn’t have hit the concrete barrier as well.

Service Brakes problem #3

Vehicle randomly activated automatic emergency braking and the forward collision warning with no other vehicles in sight. The vehicle slammed on the brakes almost causing a trailing car to rear end our vehicle. This has happened 5 times with speeds between 40 and 80 mph over the past 4 weeks. Conditions were cloudy. Problem has not been reproduced by the dealorship. No inspections have occurred.

Service Brakes problem #4

I took the vehicle to the service station because it takes a long time to stop, and I braked close to a vehicle on several occasions. They replaced the brake pads, and when I took the baby in, it was worse. When they finally agreed to let me take the baby in for another inspection, they said they would have to remove and reinstall the parts. Two months later, my baby started doing the same thing.

Service Brakes problem #5

It’s been three years now and I had “brake system failure” happened two times in 3 years. When traveling the brake system warning appears and while driving, and stopped at sign brake releases slightly and car would start to move unless I apply brakes firmly again. When slowing down at traffic lights holding the brake doesn’t bring car to complete stop. I had apply brake, slightly release and then apply again until car comes to full stop. I was told they need to replace ieb module and brake pedal module replacement. I checked in reddit and other platforms where users had seen the issue multiple times on their vehicles. Also had an issue with fuel system like replacement of egr valve which seems to be common on multiple vehicles.

Service Brakes problem #6

All warning lights and audible alarms started going off at the same time. Eps, abs, auto hold, collision warning, air bags, all wheel drive, brake system, and more. 1st time it happened was [xxx], while driving. The car was drivable but I did notice a difference in braking and acceleration. I parked and turned off the car. I did turn the car back on several times and the alarms continued. I finally turned it off for 10 min, and all alarms stopped, but the check engine light stayed on. Car sat overnight and all warnings had stopped. Took it in for service, and issue could not be duplicated. 2nd time it happened was [xxx]. I had to have the car towed since it would not move when in drive or reverse. Alarms were still going off when it made it to service. They replaced the brake harness. 3rd time happened on [xxx], 3 days after the brake harness was replaced. Towed it to service and they replaced the engine harness. 4th time was on [xxx], 2 weeks after engine harness was replaced. This time there were no audible alarms, just all of the visual ones. Same performance issues as stated before. This issue seems to have happened to several other Hyundai owners as well, as per complaints in reddit and on Hyundai forums. There does not seem to be a consensus for what is actually causing this issue. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

Service Brakes problem #7

During a recent accident, the driver pressed the brakes but they did not respond, almost as if they locked up. Police at the scene noted there were no skid marks on the road, suggesting the brakes never engaged. The vehicle suffered major side impact damage, including broken windows and crushed passenger-side doors, but none of the airbags deployed. This raises serious concerns about a possible brake system failure and airbag non-deployment defect. The vehicle has not yet been repaired and is available for inspection. Police have reviewed the accident, and the insurance company has also seen the vehicle, but no mechanical inspection has been completed by the manufacturer. There were no warning lights or error messages prior to the failure. The safety of the driver and passengers was put at risk because the car could not be stopped and the airbags did not deploy to provide protection.

Service Brakes problem #8

The vehicle's brake system intermittently fails after driving over bumps or uneven roads. The brake pedal becomes soft and unresponsive, and the vehicle continues rolling forward for several seconds before the brakes finally engage. This has happened repeatedly while driving home from work. On one occasion, the vehicle rolled through a red light and I had to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid a collision. This issue first became noticeable in 2022 and has worsened over time. It puts both my safety and the safety of others at serious risk. There are no warning lights or error messages before or during the failure. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Independent mechanics have confirmed that brake pads, rotors, and fluid levels are in good condition. They suggested the cause could be air in the brake lines, a malfunctioning abs system, or a faulty master cylinder—all potentially covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s service center initially refused to inspect the vehicle without an upfront diagnostic fee and only offered assistance after I escalated the matter through repeated complaints. The service director later described the issue as “unsettling but normal,” which is not accurate according to independent professionals. The problem has not been resolved and continues to occur regularly. I am requesting that this be formally investigated as a potential safety defect.

Service Brakes problem #9

The blind spot warning went off and locked all the brakes up. We were not able to move the vehicle and could not even pull off the road out of traffic. There is no way to disable the brakes when the computer or sensors are malfunctioning. We had to get the vehicle towed.

Service Brakes problem #10

While driving approximately 75 mph in the passing lane on highway, the vehicle suddenly automatically brake. Pulled back into the right lane and didn't really understand what happened. Next time I pulled out to pass and had a car on my right hand side it did the same thing. Pulled back into right hand lane and stayed there for quite some time. I then turned off the all around sensor @ and it didnt do it again but as I got closer to home the warning light came on and a message popped up. It now has the triangle caution sign on and the picture of car icon in amber. I had driven the car from my home for about 50 miles and parked car for two hours, the drove back toward home for about 20 miles when the event happened. It was dangerous and makes not want to use any of the "assist system's" going forward. I plan to wash the car today to see if the lights will go off- if they don't then I shall call dealer on Monday. This occurred on Saturday. Ill be washing car today (Sunday). If I had anyone driving closely behind me, I for sure would have been rear ended.

Service Brakes problem #11

While driving on the highway at approximately 65 mph the car emergency brake kicked in with no cars in front of it. Causing a huge jerk. This happened 3 times within a 25 minute time span.

Service Brakes problem #12

Master cylinder for the brakes went out.

Service Brakes problem #13

While driving the car the engine died, locking up both the gas and brake pedals. The car had to come to a stop on its own, my wife could not depress the gas or brake to stop the car. She was going through an intersection and narrowly avoided a major accident! the battery light came on, the check engine light and the car started to fill up with a smell of burning plastic and gas. When trying to turn the car back on after turning it off it would start with a major shake and bang then turn back off. All warning lights stayed on. Battery was fully charged still. Autobody shop found engine issues in their pre scan before sending it to Hyundai to warranty it as it only has 6,626 miles and is 2 years old. There was a warning of low battery while we were on vacation and the car was sitting for a few days. And a sluggish start when it sat for few days like the battery was low, but it wasn’t based on the volt meter.

Service Brakes problem #14

While driving I noticed that the navigation went out for a second and then the brakes would not work. I was about to hit the car in front of me, but the auto braking stopped the vehicle.

Service Brakes problem #15

A week ago, I was driving my 2022 Tucson hybrid limited on the highway on my way to work around 7:50 a. M. It was a bright day, good weather. I was in the center lane when my car suddenly braked hard and came to a stop on the highway! my foot was still on the gas pedal, but the automatic emergency braking light was on. I panicked because I had no control over what the car was doing. Thankfully, I was not rear-ended and didn't cause an accident. I put on my hazard lights, shifted into park on the highway's center lane, then back into drive and it seemed fine. There was not really any traffic in front of me that I remember, but there were some cars on either side and behind me that had to swerve around me. I don't trust this car anymore. It is going to get me or someone else killed. I took it to the dealer 2 days ago and the initial inspection didn't show any problems or error codes. They told me I could have it back since there didn't seem to be a problem or they could give me a loaner car and keep testing my car. I have a loaner. I hope they find something wrong with the car, otherwise, I am afraid of my car getting me or someone else killed. I am especially scared after reading about all the others here who have had this same issue.

Service Brakes problem #16

I was coming back from the mall on the highway doing 50mph and my truck started losing power which it has done before but this time the emergency brake came on and my truck stopped in the middle of the highway on a Saturday. Thank god no one was following me close because that would have caused a bad accident. And also sometimes after I stop at a light or stop sign my brakes harden and I can’t press them down if that makes since and all my needles move back and fourth while the engine is making a noise but the car is still in drive but will not move. I have to hit the button to turn the car off and restart it and this has happened to me 3 times already. This is very frustrating and scary.

Service Brakes problem #17

On multiple events brakes would not come to a full and complete stop. Many close calls of not being able to stop quickly on the highway or going down hill. The problem has been reproduced by the dealership. No warning messaging.

Service Brakes problem #18

Constantly having warning lights on, car jerking into other lanes, emergency braking randomly, brakes went to the floor and car propelled through an intersection.

Service Brakes problem #19

I turned right into my driveway at a slow speed. As I went onto the driveway, the car surged forward. To avoid driving into the garage door, I turned to the left to drive along the side of my house thinking I would be able to stop it. I kept hitting the break but the car kept going. When the vehicle did not stop, I steered to the right because I thought it could be possible that my neighbor's dog could be in the adjacent yard (to the left of my house) the ground between the houses is pitched down (to the left) towards my house and I side-swiped the back half of the side of my house. Although applying the break, my car continued after sideswiping the side of my house with the front right side of my car and went into the house behind my house causing damage to that house. My car stopped when it went into the house behind my house.

Service Brakes problem #20

My pregnant wife’s 2022 Hyundai Tucson lost engine power while on the interstate with our 16 month toddler in the car. Luckily she was able to get off the interstate and into a safe parking lot. The car only has 23000 miles and has been kept up with Hyundai’s scheduled maintenance from their dealership. The engine is knocking and experiencing rough idle. Once I arrived I was able to read that there was an engine cylinder 2 misfire. About an hour later the “myhyundai” app sent the same error codes. It took the tow truck driver 15 minutes to go 10 feet to the flat bed as the car would turn its self off. Incredibly dangerous for a car less than two years old. I hate that I might’ve gotten my wife and son such a dangerous vehicle.

Service Brakes problem #21

5/17/23 took vehicle to dick smith Hyundai for navigation issue, after being asked to park in a different spot brakes failed and car crashed into one of the dealer cars. Since owning the car for over 14 months without any brake issue I thought maybe my foot slipped off the brake. When leaving the dealer I tried braking several times with no issue. 5/26/23 while parking the car at a restaurant the brakes failed me again and was obvious not a slip off the brake that caused the car to collide with a tree saving me and my wife from falling down a steep embankment. Severe damage to front of car. 5/27/23 called dick smith Hyundai to ask about how to remedy an obvious safety issue with the brake, was told that they would not check it out until body repairs are made first and if the issue could be duplicated before Hyundai would be involved. There were no warnings of brake or other issues. This vehicle is unsafe to drive after body repairs are made it will have to be towed (at my expense) back to a Hyundai dealer. Police reports on both incidents, geico claim put in also. No other inspections at this time. This happened in greeville SC which is our summer home,.

Service Brakes problem #22

The car slowed down so I tried stepping on the gas pedal and noticed it wasn’t working, then I tried stepping on the brake pedal and it didn’t work neither. The car slowed down and called it to get towed.

Service Brakes problem #23

This relates to an intermittent braking anomaly that started occurring within 1 year of this Hyundai Tucson hybrid ltd. Purchased "new" in Aug. 2022. The 1st service invoices (jun23 & dec23) only reflected "customer requests complimentary maintenance plan tire rotation," but did not reflect the braking anomaly; eventhough the braking anomaly was discussed with the service advisor at those times. There have been at least 7 service appointments that this braking anomaly was identified by the vehicle owners to the service advisor. This has been, and is, an intermittent anomaly/problem that occurs most often when slowing down to stop, and especially when going downhill. There is a very noticeable "shaking/shuddering/pulsating" recognized by the driver, and when present, passenger(s) also. On average, this occurs 1x/week , and inconsistent. One time it started pulling left towards oncoming traffic. Another time it was violent shaking, and almost unable to stop at stop sign. The dealership 1st attempted to repair this by refacing front rotors in 2024. This did not fix the anomaly. In Dec 2024, returned to the dealership, and a tech. Was able to duplicate the braking anomaly. With that, they then replaced both front rotors (51712-l1100 disk) and brake pads (58101-p0a011 pad kit) in Jan. 2025. The braking anomaly continued later that very same day the front rotors and brake pads were replaced! returned to the dealership the next day and discussed this braking anomaly with the service mgr. , and he and the service advisor drove it for about 15 minutes but were not able to duplicate the intermittent braking anomaly. Both service mgr. And sales mgr. Suggested to buy new vehicle. Returned to dealership in Feb. 2025 for about 2 weeks for them to again evaluate. They were unable to duplicate the braking issue after several test drives and multiple individuals driving. This anomaly continues and neither Hyundai corp. Nor dealership will do anything else to solve this anomaly.

Service Brakes problem #24

My vehicle takes over my breaks and completely takes control of my vehicle away from me (the driver). It does this randomly. I had a hit and run in a parking lot due to this issue. I am greatly concerned for my safety.

Service Brakes problem #25

The following is an account of what happened when the SUV's brakes failed, which caused serious damage to the 2022 Hyundai Tucson (the "SUV") and also damaged two other vehicles. On February 15 in the afternoon, the SUV was traveling approximately 20-30 mph and was rolling up to a red light. There were about 6 car lengths between the SUV and the next vehicle as driver started pressing the brakes. Driver noticed the SUV wasn't slowing down so driver started pumping the brakes and still nothing. Driver even looked down to make sure he/she was pressing the right pedal and he/she was. The SUV was getting closer and closer to the vehicle in front. Driver kept trying the brakes, pumping, flooring, everything. The SUV would not slow or stop. Driver tried to avoid the car ahead and did all driver could think of to slow and not hit the car ahead but the SUV would not slow down. The collision warning came on as the SUV struck the right of car in front of it. The emergency braking did not come on. Further, the SUV still did not stop until the tire hit the concrete barrier in the road. The airbag did not deploy. In total three vehicles were damaged as the SUV hit one which pushed it into another at the light. Hyundai corporate consumer assistance was contacted and a case opened. The case manager did the initial reach out after the complaint but has failed to return any phone messages or emails about the case for close to a month. They were told where the vehicle was and consent signed so they could inspect and it remains available for them to do so. The dealership was contacted but the person spoken to said its a corporate issue. The SUV is at a body shop and will be sent to Hyundai for mechanical issues and we are hoping they will look at least then for cause. There were no issues before the accident. No previous brake issue. The SUV is badly damaged. It is available to inspect upon request. The accident could have caused driver or others serious harm.

Service Brakes problem #26

The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving approximately 70 mph down a mountain, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle started vibrating abnormally. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that the front brake rotors hot spots. The rotors were turned. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 76,000.

Service Brakes problem #27

On tues Feb 7, 2023, I was traveling at approx 6:50 pm on a suburban street at the posted 35 mph limit. My car started to lose speed, slowing to 27, then about 22-24 mph. I felt as though the engine was misfiring for an unknown reason. Since I was approaching an intersection and needed to make a left-hand turn, I started to depress the brake pedal. With no oncoming traffic, I slowed not quite to a stop, made the turn, but then had extreme difficulty getting the car to accelerate, again with the engine sputtering, chugging like a misfire, and shaking. My vehicle did not seem to go beyond 15 mph, and slowed again as I turned into my destination, about 2-3 blocks from the intersection. I parked and locked the car and was in a store for approximately 10 minutes. When returning to my vehicle, it would not start-the brake pedal could not be depressed at all, it appeared extremely hard. After 1-2 minutes of gently tapping the brake pedal, it loosened and I started the car. I put the car in reverse and it stopped in the middle of the parking lot with cars almost hitting me. I saw engine warning lights, battery warning lights, and a quick message across the screen but was unable to capture the meaning. After several more attempts, the engine started but was shaking violently, but I could not go beyond 3 mph. The shaking was so strong, items on the passenger seat shifted on the floor. I chose to remain in the parking lot and call Hyundai bluelink. Since it was dark, I remained in the vehicle with the engine running, but excessive smoke billowed from the rear of the car. It was towed to gerald Hyundai in north aurora. After 3 days the dealer could not find any issue, however, I refused to take the car back, as I could recall it misfiring in previous weeks but unfortunately dismissed it. I requested a technical case file be opened at the dealer. I still do not have my car after 1 week. This is a very serious issue and I am aware other owners have experienced it as well.

Service Brakes problem #28

The car has been erratic in its performance since purchase. The car has a continuous issue with the suspension, electronic system, and brakes. I have reached out to Hyundai manufacturer on numerous occasion regarding the car and no one is addressing my concerns. The car drives so erratic and unpredictable that I am fearful that someone will be injured or worst. Attached is a photo of the entire system going offline, which occurs all the time, and because the whole care is computerized this poses a safety risk for me and others on the road. When the car goes offline, I no longer have control of the vehicle and all mechanical systems are down. Please help me to get this issue resolved before someone gets hurt. This is the second submission in regard to this car. 5nmjfcae4nh015882.

Service Brakes problem #29

It was around 7 in the morning and I was getting ready for work. My garage door was open. A neighbor started pounding on my front door telling me my garage was on fire. I opened the door from my kitchen to the garage and seen smoke but it didn't seem major. I grabbed my keys and ran outside to pull my car out of the garage. I started the car and put it in reverse. It didn't want to move so I floored it. Once I got it into the driveway I heard the neighbors yell, "lady! get out of the car! the car is on fire!" I jumped out and seen the car was fully engulfed and had spread to the roof of the house. I grabbed the waterhose. It was of no help so I ran into the house to get my children out. Our home and everything in it were a total loss. Also my daughters car. Two of our dogs ran away. The car has been inspected by state farm. They stated that the fire started in the engine compartment; the right front drivers side. Electrical; most likely the abs. There were no warnings lights or symptoms. We only had the car for 5 months, it had 8000 miles on it. The oil had been changed at the Hyundai dealership just 5 weeks prior. I have talked to numerous people with Hyundai's that have caught fire, but not a 2022 as of yet. We have signed releases for hyundia to inspect the car in February but they have not. It is still at the local tow yard. They are also supposed to inspect the house. They have offered to buy the car back but we have not agreed. We believe we are entitled to more compensation than that. I also have videos taken by neighbors and ring doorbells.

Service Brakes problem #30

Purchased vehicle new at dealership with less than 20 miles on it. No aftermarket parts, no accidents or issues. Normal daily conditions, and constant logging on fueleconomy. Gov. 08/17/2022 at 8:15 driving 45-55 mph on major freeway with a low/moderate traffic. Roughly 5 miles from home, good road conditions and good weather. Suddenly, automatic emergency braking system engaged (and related cluster lights/alarms displayed on dash). There was not a vehicle in front of me, and nearest vehicle in front was roughly 150 ft. Away. Emergency brakes engaged so forcefully that I was unable to keep my vehicle moving forward, and vehicle came to a complete stop in the left lane of major freeway. My vehicle instantly turned off (or "died") with the radio still playing, but nothing else on. Had to place the vehicle in park, push the start button, and place the vehicle in drive, in order to continue. Obviously very unexpected. Vehicle behind me had to slam on their brakes (tires squealed) and narrowly avoided hitting my vehicle by about 36-48 inches. I'm unsure how they managed to avoid not hitting me. Unfortunately, the vehicle behind that car could not avoid the maneuver, and hit the vehicle that was directly behind me. I do not know if the other vehicle had injured individuals, as I was trying to get out of the left lanes of the 5-lane freeway, coming from a complete stop. Essentially, my vehicle caused someone to hit the vehicle that was directly behind me. I placed my hazard lights on, immediately pushed bluelink button, but after two (2) times of inability to hear their voices because of breakup, I pushed sos. Ultimately drove directly to steele south loop Hyundai and informed them of incident. Per dealership, they were unable to duplicate the problem, and found no error codes. I am not afraid to drive my car, with only 5,500 miles on it. Requested for dealership to report to you, but do not believe they took me seriously, so I am doing this. Major safety hazard.

Service Brakes problem #31

The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the tailgate would open while driving. The tailgate warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the wheel well molding had detached. The vehicle was repaired at an auto body repair shop. Additionally, the contact stated that there was water intrusion in the headlights, and there was a sharp plastic part coming through the rear seats. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was repaired. The contact stated while driving above 65 mph, the vehicle would vibrate and would make an abnormal echoing vibrating sound. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the tires were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times. The dealer informed the contact that they could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was taken to a second dealer, where it was test-driven; however, the dealer could not duplicate the failure. Additionally, the contact stated that the brake pedal vibrated while depressed. The vehicle was taken to dealer, where the brake rotors size were reduced; however, the failure persisted. The dealer advised the contact to take the vehicle to their location for the same repair to be completed. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 3.

Service Brakes problem #32

Purchased a brand new 2022 Tucson. Within 2 months it went to the dealer with about 7 dash fault lights turning on (abs, air bag, lane assist, check engine, just to name a few) and breaks engage on their own. Stayed at the dealership for over 2 months while they had the Hyundai engineers try to figure out the issue. They gave it back to me and said it was a connector in the rear door. The vehicle has been back 4 times for the same exact issues for months at a time and they keep experimenting and giving it back to me. I tried to get it exchanged for a safer one and they denied my request. I guess my families safety isn't that important to Hyundai after all.

Service Brakes problem #33

The contact owns a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated while driving approximately 20 mph and depressing the brake pedal, the brakes and power steering malfunctioned, causing the contact to momentarily lose control of the vehicle and the vehicle drove into the middle of a busy intersection. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on two previous occasions and the vehicle was taken to the local dealer, but no cause for the failure was found. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 300.

Service Brakes problem #34

I was in a turning lane & a driver swerved in front of me. My car is equipped with auto start stop and it was on. I slammed on my brakes and the engine turned off. When I tried to start restart the car there was a fluttering/grinding noise. Turned off the key and restarted the car. Dangerous in the intersection with a stalled car. At the dealer now but not optimistic. Annoying to have to turn off feature each time.

Service Brakes problem #35

Thankfully we are alive. We were going at speed and he attempted to pass me on the median, grass and rumble strips. He was inches away from my rear bumper, riding me. When I put the turn signal to move away from him he hit my driver’s side rear panel (side swiped), thank god it didn't turn into a pit maneuver and killed us. He then proceeded to take off. So one thing I have to say is, the vehicle has great pick up. I called 911 and went after him to get his lic plate. When I got to be about 10 car lengths or so, he slammed his brakes. Since I was on the left lane, I could not keep going left and risk going into oncoming traffic. Plus, there was a car on the right lane I slammed the brakes and rear ended him on his right rear. He had a 2021 Toyota tacoma pick up and our hood flipped up and shattered the windshield. The hood stayed up and I was driving blind. All I did was keeping straight, not knowing where I was going and didn’t hit a vehicle, tree, embankment or sign. I went there yesterday and I have no idea how I we didn’t die. I’m so shaken up by it. When we came to a stop, there was a hole about 6 feet from my front tire. We were the victim of road rage and this person caused the accident purposely. He admitted it to the police. He said to the cop, I was slowing down traffic. I suspect with the size of his vehicle and being so close to my rear bumper, he did not see my turn signal. My major concern is the airbags did not deploy and the hood flipped open blocking my view. I was in a forum and this happened to the same model owned by someone else. I suspect this is a design flaw.

Service Brakes problem #36

I wasn’t even allowed to select all the issues I’ve had with this vehicle since day of purchase three years ago June, and upon picking up the car I have had issues. My leather seats have bubbled up. My car will not merge. It will suddenly accelerate my car drops down in the middle of the road. My moonroof opens on its own. My car windows were randomly roll down on its own. My car breaks itself. My car emergency brake won’t unhook my car. Every single light is now on it. They have attempted to fix numerous times and my life has been put in jeopardy and my child’s life numerous times. No one can fix this issue. I am now told her I will have to wait three weeks for a rental because everyone’s backed up in diagnosing these cars. This car is going to kill me in my child and is a safety hazard. It does this stuff with lights on and without and it’s random and no warning my ev warning has come on my brake system. Warning has come on my car has been unable to stop and coasted and suddenly was able to then stop.
