Information screen remains on when car is placed in reverse blocking 25% of the rear view camera. No option to disable or remove the information screen. Should be able to have 100% of rear camera for safety.

The contact stated after driving in inclement weather, and attempting to reverse, the rear view camera was obstructed by rain water making it difficult to see objects behind the vehicle. The contact stated there was no protective cover or shield above the camera. The contact called tamiami Hyundai (780 airport-pulling rd, naples, FL 34109, (239) 417-1222) however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 50.
