Right wheel fell off in traffic due to rust of k-frame. Vehicle has less than 70,000 miles and is less than seven year old. It is a 2004 Hyundai Xg350 purchased and operated solely in the state of kentucky. There is a recall notice for this model vehicle of this year for all the states surrounding kentucky, I did not get that notice. I understand that there was a settlement made for those states outside of kentucky. If the wheel had fallen off 20 seconds later I probably would have been killed. Police were present but no report was made.
