My car has 258000 highway miles it's well taken care of maintenance always done on time has no engine or mechanical issues instead of the reverse I noticed one day in 2019 my car didn't want to go in reverse it almost felt limp like it was in neutral but I notice when I tap on the gas like I'm tapping a clutch on a manual car it engages into reverse I took it to a local transmission mechanic and it was telling me I might need a new transmission and I don't think I need a new transmission because the transmission works fine and drive and in every other gear but reverse I've been an xfiniti customer for many years and I would like to continue to do business with you guys I just need help fixing my car I love this car I feel like she could run over 300,000 miles I would like to keep my baby if you have any suggestions on why my reverse may not be working please now if for some reason my all-wheel drive light is on the dash and the slip light and I think one more light but I can't recall at the moment I think maybe it's tdl light. Maybe thats causing my reverse not to work.
