The contact owns a 2005 Infiniti Fx35. The contact stated the transmission would not go into reverse. The dealer informed the contact that the transmission needed to be replaced. The contact then took the vehicle to a certified mechanic and was told the lower and rear clutches failed along with the seals around the transmission and the valve body.
