1 Brake Disc Pads problem of the 2000 Infiniti G20

Failure Date: 07/25/2014

We were sold a lemon vehicle from evans motors located at 112 w st john st, girard KS by eddie walsh. We have had the vehicle now for a little over 1 month. The back brakes went out, the front brakes went out as my son was driving the vehicle and the brake pads went flying. That same day we found out that the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced and would cost around $1000 to $3000 to be fixed. Evans motors has yet to even attempt to help fix this issue. They informed us that we bought the vehicle and it is now our problem not theirs. My son is a college student with an infant 2 month old son and he needs a dependable vehicle to transport his son in, to go to school and work. I want someone to help me with the issue at hand.
