The contact owns a 2005 Infiniti G35. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign id number: 10v17500 (air bags) and the vehicle was taken to the dealer for repairs. The dealer advised the contact that the recall repairs could not be performed because the driver side seat harness tensioner was off track and would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
