Electrical Equipment Problems of Infiniti G35

My audio and climate control system have completely stopped working. I have no control of the rear or front defroster which is a serious safety hazard. Infiniti issued a recall for the problem however my car wasn't covered even though it is the exact same problem.

The ac and radio controls basically none of the dashboard controls are working including defroster which is big safety hazard and as per Infiniti dealership its a radio and circuitboard issues. After looking at internet I have found that there was a recall campaign (voluntary service campaign 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan; audio finisher circuit board) for this issues -> itb03-007b service campaign -> issue description listed below available on the internet. But Infiniti dealer is not accepting any recall on this ground and they are asking for 1300+ bucks to fix this issue. Can someone please help as I can live without ac and climate controls but not without defroster. Also its a trouble that ac auto turns on at full blown speed which cause too much cold in winter and its a health risk for myself and family including 2 kids. Description from internet - on some model year 2003 G35 sedans manufactured through August 21, 2002, the audio and temperature controls may not operate as expected. When using the audio equipment or the temperature controls, the unit may become inoperative. In some cases, this can be corrected by turning the ignition switch off and back on again. In other cases, the unit remains inoperative and requires service by an Infiniti technician. To prevent this condition, Infiniti has initiated a voluntary service campaign to replace the audio finisher circuit board on these vehicles. Use Infiniti net to confirm if a specific vehicle is affected by this service campaign (p3104).

My Infiniti car's(g35 2003) radio/ac controls have failed. I can only operate the radio from my steering wheel control. ( cannot operate the ac/heater. Luckily it is winter time and is stuck in auto mode at 68 f) it seems that Infiniti had a recall for audio controller card failure in 2003 -itb03-007b service campaign -voluntary service campaign 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan; audio finisher circuit board for about 26 000 vehicles, but, based on no of complaints floating on the web, there are lot more cars which are facing this problem. Prior to this problem I have had the cd error fo problem ( complete cd failure). Infiniti has installed faulty radio/cd system and they have taken their customers for a big ride! the NHTSA should take this up seriously as this failure could potentially can be fatal , especially when driving in extreme conditions-hot or cold weather , with small kids/infants, in an isolated region.

- the contact owns a 2006 Infiniti G35 and attempted to utilize the built in blue tooth. When he attempting to dial a number the incorrect number connected, and this was a distraction to the driver. Infiniti was aware of the problem, and did not have a remedy. The current mileage was 9000 and the failure mileage was 15.
