Front Seat Head Restraint problems of the 2009 Infiniti G37

The airbag of the front row passenger seat turns off even there is an adult passenger sitting on it. I've searched online and did some diagnostics, and based on the flashing pattern on the console, it seems the problem is with the srs (safety restrain system) OCS (occupant classification system), as such even an adult is sitting there, in an accident the airbay may not be deployed.
