Two problems related to clutch pedal/linkage have been reported for the 2010 Infiniti G37. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I bought my car used with less than 53,000mi still under manufactured warranty and I even bought an extended warranty from carmax when I bought the car. I was driving car and within a week I took to carmax clutch wasn't feeling the same when shifting (return pressure loosened up) they said car was fine. Just a little over a month later I took car to Infiniti for same problem, they also said the car was fine and shifting was normal. Yesterday I was driving home (a month later exactly after infinity checked it out) my clutch pedal went all way to floor and I couldn't shift barely made it home. I would have to say that my clutch is not fine or shining right at all I have had to pay 2xs already for diagnoses and I haven't had my car more than 3months!.
While driving, my clutch became soft and "spongy" to the point that the engagement point was on the floor and the pedal would not return to the engaged position. This was a result of a failing clutch slave cylinder which has affected many G37 as well as Nissan 370z's.
