Interior Panels Dashboard problems of the 2010 Infiniti G37

The contact owns a 2010 Infiniti G37. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the air bag warning light illuminated. The contact later noticed that there was a crack in the dashboard. The dealer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that they could repair the dashboard but not the air bags. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA to file a complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
